Accessibility Statement

Hermès International is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005. To this end, it is implementing the following strategy and actions:

Compliance Status

The website https://finance.hermes.com/ is partially compliant with version 4.0 of the General Accessibility Improvement Guidelines (RGAA) due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.

The compliance audit carried out by Ipedis reveals that the compliance rate is 62,12%:

Non-conformities relate to images, links, scripts, structure, presentation, forms, navigation, and the review of PDF documents.

  • Some decorative images are not ignored by a screen reader.
  • Some informative image text alternatives are not relevant.
  • Some texts offer insufficient contrast with their background.
  • Some table row or column headers are not correctly associated with data cells.
  • Some scripts are not compatible with the screen reader.
  • Some scripts are not operable by keyboard.
  • Some context changes are not announced or controllable by the user.
  • Some status messages are not correctly rendered to the screen reader.
  • Some pages have invalid source code: writing rule, opening, closing and nesting of elements, uniqueness of id attributes.
  • The title of some pages is irrelevant.
  • Some language changes are not indicated in the source code (lang attribute).
  • Some HTML tags are used for visual presentation purposes only.
  • In some pages, information is not structured appropriately by headings (h1, h2 element, etc.).
  • Some quotations are not tagged as such.
  • Information is presented using HTML elements rather than CSS.  
  • On some elements, the focus is not visible when navigating with the keyboard.
  • Some information is given only by shape, size or position.
  • Changing text spacing properties hides content or degrades functionality.
  • Some form fields have no label.
  • Some form fields have irrelevant labels.
  • Some form fields of the same nature are not grouped together.
  • Some form fields do not control input correctly.
  • In some pages, the tab order is not consistent.
  • Some office documents are not accessible and have no alternative.
  • Some content can no longer be viewed when screen orientation is changed.
