2024 Transparency Award the “Grand Prix All Categories”

Hermès receives the 2024 Transparency Award "Grand Prix All Categories"

For this 15th edition, in a ranking with the France's SBF 120 index, Hermès International received on Thursday, 4 July 2024 the “Grand Prix All Categories” award, following on the heels of last year’s Transparency "CAC Large 60" award.

The Transparency Awards recognises best transparency practices for regulated, financial, and non-financial information around  five transparency pillars: accessibility, precision, comparability, availability, and clarity. This award is also a testament to the excellent and authentic communications of Hermès, constantly reinventing itself in a spirit of ongoing progress in order to build trust and strong relationships with its stakeholders.

Fully registered shares are handled directly by Uptevia. You must sign a service agreement to open a fully registered share account, setting out the terms and conditions for buying and selling shares via Uptevia. The Company covers the custody fees.

Costs related to registered shares holding are :

  • Shareholders administrative costs : 0 euro
  • Bank commission : 7,62 euros per order
  • Brokerage costs : 0,45 % (with a minimum of 6,10 euros per order)


Administered registered shares are handled by another financial institution that may apply custody fees.

Bearer shares

Bearer shares are handled by another financial institution that may apply custody fees. Shareholders who opt for this form of administration are not known to the Company and must identify themselves if they wish to obtain documents and attend General Meetings.
