Sharon MacBeath
Group Director of Human Resources
Born in 1969, Sharon MacBeath is of Scottish origin, and holds a Master’s degree in psychology, a Master’s degree in human resources, and is also a graduate of INSEAD Business School.
She has devoted her career to human resources in large international companies in the distribution, services and industrial sectors.
She arrived at Hermès in June 2019 as the group’s human resources director, after having been a member of the group’s supervisory board and governance committees from 2016 to 2019, and joined the executive committee in March 2022.
The Executive Committee
Hermès International’s executive management is comprised of the Executive Chairmen and the Executive Committee, which consists of Managing Directors, each of whom has well-defined areas of responsibility. Its role is to oversee the Group’s strategic management.
