Olivier Fournier
Executive Vice-President Corporate Development and Social Affairs
Born in 1961, Olivier Fournier graduated from EM Lyon Business School and holds a DESCF (Master’s-level diploma in accounting and finance). He joined Hermès in 1991, where his career led him from the internal auditing and tax departments at Hermès International to general management of the textile division in Lyon, before he took on the management of the Hermès Maroquinerie-Sellerie artisan division in 2008.
Since 2015 he has been general director of governance and organisational development and a member of Hermès’ executive committee. In this role he supervises the group’s human resources, legal, audit, risk and insurance, sustainability, and property departments, and Hermès Services Groupe. In 2016 he took over from Pierre-Alexis Dumas as president of the Fondation d’entreprise Hermès.
The Executive Committee
Hermès International’s executive management is comprised of the Executive Chairmen and the Executive Committee, which consists of Managing Directors, each of whom has well-defined areas of responsibility. Its role is to oversee the Group’s strategic management.
