Agnès de Villers
Chairwoman and Executive Vice-President of Hermès Perfume and Beauty
Born in 1969, Agnès de Villers studied at Sciences Po Paris and obtained a Master’s degree in economic history before beginning her career at Yves Rocher in 1994.
She joined the L’Oréal group in 1998, and was appointed European marketing director for Shu Uemura in 2001, then managing director France in 2003. In 2006 she became managing director for Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, and in 2010 took on the same role at M.A.C Cosmetics France, part of the Estée Lauder group.
Agnès de Villers joined Hermès in 2015 as chairman and CEO of Hermès Parfum and Beauty. She has been a member of the group’s executive committee since March 2022.
The Executive Committee
Hermès International’s executive management is comprised of the Executive Chairmen and the Executive Committee, which consists of Managing Directors, each of whom has well-defined areas of responsibility. Its role is to oversee the Group’s strategic management.
